Narrative
ANDOVER, MA – Two people went to the hospital early Tuesday after a four-vehicle collision along the interstate in Andover.
The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. on the northbound side of I-93 near River Road. This is on the northwest side of town.
It’s not yet clear what caused the accident. Police say that at least one vehicle left the roadway while another flipped.
Medics transported two drivers to the hospital, one with serious injuries and the other with undisclosed injuries.
Drivers likely experienced delays along this section of I-93 northbound while crews worked to clear the crash.
