BRIDGEWATER, MA – An 18-year-old man operating a motorcycle succumbed to fatal injuries after he made a left turn and struck a Ford van Thursday. This collision occurred around 4:15 p.m. on the 1001th block of Bedford Street. When the motorcycle struck the van, the driver of the van then hit a Jeep. The 18-year-old man — Percy Lewis III of Bridgewater — was sent to a hospital, where he later died. The Jeep and van driver remained at the scene.
