17-year-old bicyclist dead after being hit by driver in Webster

WEBSTER, MA – A 17-year-old boy died after being struck by a driver in Webster this weekend, according to information from NECN.

The crash happened just after 4 p.m. Sunday on 1st Street near Mt. Pleasant Street, when a 17-year-old bicyclist was struck by the driver of a car.

The 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. He was not identified pending family notification.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
